Stroke Width tool
Intro
The Stroke Width tool can be used to adjust a Shape's Tapered Stroke in the Viewport.
Interaction
With the Stroke Width tool enabled and a Shape selected, drag the small white dots that appear in the Viewport.
Increase the width
To increase the Stroke's width, move a dot away from the path (along the Shape's normals).
Move the width's position
To change the position of a width, move a dot along a path.
The widths set via the Stroke Width tool can also be adjusted using the Width Profile graph found under a Shape's Stroke tab.
Tool settings
Limit Stroke Width - When checked, the Viewport tool is prevented from increasing/decreasing the Stroke's Width value.
Lock Point Order - When checked, each point created by the Stroke Width tool is prevented from moving past one of its neighbours.
Snap to Points - When checked, when moving a width along the length of the path, its position will snap to the path's points.
Reset Profile - Remove all widths and set the Width Profile graph to a flat, horizontal line.
Hold Shift when moving a width away/towards from the path (to increase/decrease its width) to snap to other widths.
