Fast Blur Filter
Intro
Add blur to Shapes and Shaders. This is a good blur for Scenes where playback speed is a priority. Where a higher quality blur is required, see the Gaussian Blur.
UI
Amount - Set the amount of blur (px) to apply to the Shape.
